BODYWORK CONCEPTS PRIVATE LIMITED was established by Bodynits International Private Limited in 1996. Bodynits International foreseeing the need to expand and complement it’s ladies’ fitness line ‘bodynits’, acquired 'bods', a highly successful brand of fashion knits for young man.

Bodywork Concepts Private Limited, a new company with a separate team of design and management professional, was set up to develop the brands' retail and wholesale distribution. It is the Principal and owners of the trademarks, bods and bodynits, as well as the trade name and trademark, bods.bodynits registered in more than 24 countries.
