Local brands unite to power sports in Singapore

- Following the victorious efforts of Singapore athletes in the recently concluded 28th SEA Games, two homegrown Singapore companies have joined forces to continue growing and championing local sports.
Independent media provider, VOXSPORTS, and the region’s leading sports apparel manufacturer, BODYNITS GROUP, will kickstart a campaign for a sporting lifestyle for all ages that is truly Singaporean; combining digital media and performance sports apparel.
As local brands operating in a global sports industry, BODS.BODYNITS and VOXSPORTS have identified that they share a common passion in Singapore sports and will continue to support local sporting talent through a strong digital media perspective. BODYNITS GROUP manufactures responsible garments for its global clients such as Adidas, Reebok, Under Armour and various other brands that consumers are familiar with; while VOXSPORTS has recently joined global sports media powerhouse Sunset+Vine, SingtelTV’s Production Partner for their coverage of the 28th SEA Games, and which produces among many other international sports events including the Barclays Premier League Football, Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014, and the upcoming Rio 2016 Paralympics.
The initiative will begin with the well-known local brand BODS.BODYNITS outfitting all VOXSPORTS crew members over the course of two years for all of their coverage of sporting events in Singapore. With this initiative, both companies have continued and renewed their pledge to support local sports events and talents.
Starting from 1 July 2015, all VOXSPORTS crew members will be resplendent in exclusive versions of the latest BODS.BODYNITS polo tees and round neck tee shirts. Spectators are encouraged to take selfies with these brand ambassadors for which they will receive a discount on selected products at the retail store.
